Today there is an urgent need to critically assess the capacity of existing standards to provide the students with adequate knowledge and skills required for innovative thinking.
The objective of this research is to develop recommendations on improving the quality of standards for more effective educational process in the system of primary education aimed at introducing innovative methods of education and developing standards for innovative education.
